We provide online non‑clinical psychological activities and self‑help resources designed primarily for people from Pakistan (in or outside Pakistan) but available to anyone worldwide. We do not provide clinical psychology or therapy.

• Account & Identity: name, email, password , profile information, country/region.

• Contact & Preferences: language, communication preferences, consents.

• Usage Data: pages visited, features used, session data, device/browser info, approximate location (from IP), cookies.

• Content You Provide: responses to activities, journal entries, comments, messages you send us.

• Payments (if applicable): billing name, address, transaction details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details).

4) Sources of data

• Directly from you when you create an account, fill forms, complete activities, contact us, or make a purchase.

• Automatically via cookies/SDKs/analytics when you use the site.

• From service providers (e.g., payment or analytics partners) where lawful.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege, logging). No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep credentials confidential.
