1) About us and these Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Yasoria services. The Service is operated by Yasoria, registered in Spain. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2) What we offer (non‑clinical)
We provide online self‑help activities and educational content related to well‑being and personal development. We do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and we are not a licensed healthcare provider. For clinical concerns, consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or the age required in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent you have authority to do so.
4) Accounts & security
You are responsible for your account, all activity under it, and keeping your password confidential. Please notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Violate laws or third‑party rights.

Upload unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content.

Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.

Use the Service to provide professional clinical advice, or to collect sensitive personal data from others without their consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6) User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, display, and create non‑identifying aggregates for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.
7) Payments, refunds, taxes (if applicable)
Basic Membership: Our basic membership is free. In the future, we may introduce paid membership plans that offer additional features.
Workshops & Webinars (hosted by Yasoria): From the moment you pay, you may request a refund on the following schedule (measured from the time of payment):

Within 24 hours: 70% refund

After 48 hours: 50% refund

After 3 days: 30% refund

Within 7 days: 20% refund

After 7 days: no refund
Cancellation cutoff: You may not cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled workshop/webinar start time; no refund will be made within this window.
Consultations with Mentors/Coaches:

If the mentor/coach is not available, the appointment will be canceled on their behalf with a 100% refund.

If the client is not present at the selected consultation time (no‑show), no refund will be made.

If the client contacts us to bully, harass, or abuse our staff or mentors, the consultation will be terminated without any refund.

Once you have booked an appointment and paid the fee, you may cancel for a partial refund measured from the time of booking/payment:

Within 24 hours: 90% refund

Within 48 hours: 60% refund

After 48 hours: no refund

Cancellation cutoff: You may not cancel within 5 hours before your scheduled consultation; no refund will be made within this window.
Taxes & Billing: Charges are handled by our payment processor; taxes may apply based on your location.
8) Intellectual property
We own the Service, including content, features, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as permitted by law or these Terms.
9) No medical/clinical advice
Content is for information and self‑help only, not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you feel unwell or in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified clinician.
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or that content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of €50 or the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Certain sections survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law).
14) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service and update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email, with the “Last updated” date adjusted. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
