Instructions to Book an Appointment

• To book a one-hour appointment, please pay a fee of 5000 PKR to the account detailed below.

• After making the payment, send a screenshot of the payment to contact@yasoria.com.

• In your email, please include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The date you want the appointment

  • Your preferred time slot

  • The payment screenshot

• Appointments are available only on Saturdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (Pakistan Time). Please select a time within this slot when sending your request.

• After receiving your email, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel your appointment, 70% of the fee will be refunded.

• Appointments cannot be cancelled one day before the scheduled time. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• If the appointment is cancelled by the coach or psychologist, you will receive a full refund or you may choose to reschedule your appointment for another available time.
